As the University expands so B&CS forges ahead to incorporate innovative and leading technology enabling existing customers, prospective students and parents to view 360 degree tours of its facilities on the web. It is hoped the new system will make this information more readily available and raise awareness of the services on offer.

Business and Community Services is one of the largest
departments within the University and operates a diverse range of services in
support of the physical environment and to improve the quality of life of both
staff and students alike. It employs over 600 staff working within Catering Services, the Conference and Hospitality
Office, the Accommodation Office, the
student halls of residence, the uni-link Transport Service, the Department of Sport &
Recreation, the Print
Centre and Bindery, the Day Nursery and the University Post
Office. Also within the overall reporting structure of the Department is the
Arts Centre comprising the John Hansard Gallery and the Turner Sims Concert Hall.
